Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUND:  

• 1 night     $30 to hold reservation, balance due upon arrival.  Cancellation more than 21 days prior to arrival, refund $15. Within 21 days: NO REFUND
• 2-4 nights      $50 to hold reservation, balance due upon arrival.  Cancellation more than 21 days prior to arrival, refund $25. Within 21 days : NO REFUND
• 5-29 nights  $100 to hold reservation, balance due upon arrival.  Cancellation more than 21 days prior to arrival, refund $50 . Within 21 days: NO REFUND
• 30+ nights $200 to hold reservation, balance due upon arrival.  Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival, refund $100. Within 60 days: NO REFUND 
• THERE IS A 3 DAY MINIMUM FOR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS (MEMORIAL DAY, JULY 4, AND LABOR DAY, NO EXCEPTIONS) 
• Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore , we do not give refunds due to the discomforts of nature, the fun continues rain or shine
