RESERVATION FEE AND CANCELLATION POLICY / REFUND:  

• 1 night     $30 fee, Cancellation more than 21 days prior to arrival, refund $15. Within 21 days: no refund
• 2-4 nights      $50 fee, Cancellation more than 21 days prior to arrival, refund $25. Within 21 days : no refund
• 5-29 nights  $100 fee, Cancellation more than 21 days prior to arrival, refund $50 . Within 21 days: no refund
• 30+ nights $200 fee, Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival, refund $100. Within 60 days: no refund.
