 RESERVATION FEE AND CANCELLATION POLICY / REFUND:

• 1 night - $30 fee, Cancellation more than 15 days prior to arrival, refund $25. Within 15 days: no refund, reschedule only
• 2–4 nights - $50 fee, Cancellation more than 15 days prior to arrival, refund $45. Within 15 days: no refund, reschedule only 
• 5–29 nights - $100 fee, Cancellation more than 15 days prior to arrival, refund $95. Within 15 days: no refund, reschedule only 
• 30+ nights - $200 fee, Cancellation more than 15 days prior to arrival, refund $195. Within 15 days: no refund, reschedule only

Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day) require a 3-night minimum stay. No exceptions.
